Welcome to Digital Sky Pilot

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Song Mastering Services (“Services”) offered through our website and any related platforms. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services: We offer audio mastering services for your music. Mastering enhances the overall sonic quality of your song, preparing it for distribution on streaming platforms, CDs, or other media.

Third-Party Services: We may utilize third-party services and personnel to fulfill our service obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, mastering engineer’s and online platforms.

Project Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline mastering a song if, in our professional judgment, the source material lacks the necessary sonic qualities for successful mastering. In such cases, we will notify you before proceeding and offer a full refund.

Revisions and Refunds: Due to the subjective nature of mastering, we do not offer revisions on mastered songs. We do not provide refunds after the song has been mastered.

Digital Products related to Song Mastering Services are not eligible for refunds or exchanges!

Warranties and Disclaimers: We strive to provide the highest quality mastering services. However, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or compatibility with any particular platform. You acknowledge that the final mastered song may not meet your exact expectations.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Intellectual Property: You warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the music you submit for mastering. Mastering does not transfer ownership of your music.

SHIPPING POLICY

Digital Sky Pilot only offers Standard Shipping and Standard Shipping is Our default setting at checkout. We only offer shipping to the United States not including Hawaii or Alaska. We do not offer shipping to military addresses. We do not offer any international shipping. Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to change your shipping address after an order had been placed, use the link contained in your order confirmation email and We will do our best to update your shipping address before your item(s) are shipped out. Please note that updating your shipping address via the order confirmation link in the email will not guarantee the updated has been processed before the item(s) are shipped. We will use these major carriers to ship the items that you purchase: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. While most items ship within 24 hours some items may take up to 3 days before they are ready to ship. Your items are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped and picked up by the carrier. Our estimated delivery date shown at checkout is only an estimate and is not always accurate. Business days do not typically include weekends; however, Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select zip codes. Delivery dates may be extended when the shipping volume is high.
